Ruth is a retired primary school classroom and music teacher of 21 years’ experience. This is to help us understand the importance of how listening to certain music can help to establish more harmonious pathways to our inner self, regulating our emotions, as well as establish positive relationships with other people. Ruth is currently involved in developing a range of music programs which encourage a holistic and inclusive approach, based on the teachings of Confucius.
