What to Expect at the Community Wellness Day
Waihi Retreat is hosting a Community Wellness Day, a special event dedicated to introducing natural healing therapies for holistic health. Our goal is to promote wellness awareness and empower individuals to enhance their energy, improve overall well-being, and reduce reliance on medication by embracing natural healing practices that support both physical health and inner peace.
During the event, we offer a variety of complimentary wellness experiences, including:
Acupuncture Treatment – Administered by certified acupuncturists, this group treatment session (15-20 minutes per participant) focuses primarily on pain relief.
Physiotherapy Guidance – Receive expert advice on improving mobility, relieving discomfort, and enhancing physical well-being.
Singing Bowl Healing – Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls to promote deep relaxation and emotional balance.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Wellness Workshop – Learn the fundamentals of TCM and its natural healing techniques for holistic health.
Health Equipment Experience – Explore various health and wellness devices designed to support your journey to better health.
Health Consultation – Gain personalized insights on lifestyle and well-being from experienced professionals.
Throughout the event, there will also be live demonstrations of Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques, Singing Bowl Healing, and Health Equipment applications, allowing participants to observe and experience the benefits firsthand.
